The strategy is operationally simple, exhibits a remarkably wide substrate scope with short reaction times, and demonstrates superior reactivity compared to previously reported systems. With this procedure, a variety of [11C]nitrile-containing pharmaceuticals were prepared with high radiochemical efficiency.
